The coin is decided entirely by the chain: HASH(blockhash(H) ‖ blockhash(H+1) ‖ game) mod 2.
• Nobody can bias it. When the second player joins, the game is bound to a future settle block. Those block hashes don't exist yet when either of you stakes, so neither player — nor the block producer — can know or steer the result (two blocks are mixed so no single miner can grind it).
• No secret, no flip step. You sign once — your stake. There's nothing to reveal and nothing to withhold.
• A sore loser can't stall you. Once the settle block is finalized, anyone can settle the game and the chain pays the pot to the winner. Before an opponent joins, the opener can cancel and reclaim. Escrow and payout reconcile exactly on-chain — nothing minted or lost.
